Kallows Engineering India Pvt. Ltd.

  Kallows was founded in Goa, India in 2007. The founders of the company, Gajanan Nagarsekar and Kevin Kreger, started the company as a vehicle to teach students at Padre Conceicao College of Engineering (PCCE) in Goa and to establish local expertise in embedded programming and mobile phone development. Our company has provided free educational services and technical presentations for PCCE, Goa University, Rayeshwar Institute Of Engineering & Information Technology, and D-Link.

Kallows, Inc.

Kallows, Inc. was subsequently established in Milwaukee, Wisconin in 2008. Kallows, Inc. has been providing key talent in the development of Magnetic Resonance systems for GE Healthcare. In addition, hardware development work is ongoing for developing peripherals for mobiles phones and media players.

Kallows' Founders

  • Kevin Scott Kreger - Mr. Kreger holds a Juris Doctor Degree specializing in Patents and International Business. He also has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering. He has consulted for more than twenty years in the field of Magnetic Resonance Imaging and has been awarded four patents in MRI. He has extensive experience in firmware and specializes in digital signal processing. He was an adjunct professor at University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee teaching DSP and is an experienced and effective lecturer, presenter, and teacher. In 2007, Mr. Kreger traveled to Goa, and was recruited to help teach embedded systems, DSP, and software design. Kallows was formed as a result of meeting and consulting with local engineering educators in Goa.

  • Gajanan Satish Nagarsekar - Mr. Nagarsekar graduated with highest honors from Manipal Insitute of Technology with a Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering, and won a spot working for GE Healthcare in Bangalore based on his research in Genetic Algorithms applied to Image Registration. He worked for GE Healthcare coding Pulse Sequences for MRI, and left to return to his home in Goa to work as a lecturer at his alma-mater, PCCE, and to help found Kallows. Mr. Nagarsekar recently completed an exchange research scholar position at the University of San Diego where he worked unique applications of spiral MRI sequences. His recent research work has been published by the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine 2009 (ISMRM).
